Flat Bottom
Flat-bottom silos are designed for the storage of bulk products, both for short and long periods. They are suitable for cereals, oilseeds, pellets, and, in general, any free-flowing granular material.
These structures are installed on concrete foundations, either flat-bottomed or conical-bottomed. We offer a wide variety of models, with capacities ranging from 21 m³ to 27,133 m³ and diameters between 3.64 m and 31.83 m.
Flat-bottom silos are delivered equipped with all the components and accessories necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the entire installation.

Conical Bottom
Conical bottom silos are designed for gravity discharge and are installed on a specific support structure. Our range of hopper silos offers capacities ranging from 45 m³ to 2,600 m³, with diameters between 3.64 m and 11.82 m.
These silos are ideal for storing cereals and seeds, as well as for the temporary storage of wet grain as part of drying plants. They are also used in other industrial applications, such as flow regulators in silo plants.

Accessories
We offer a wide range of additional systems to optimize silo operation and safety, including continuous grain temperature and humidity monitoring, ATEX-certified level sensors, and sweeping systems for flat-bottom silos. These solutions enable precise product control, reduce losses, and improve storage efficiency.
Sweepers
Sweepers are used to remove material remaining in flat-bottom silos once gravity discharge is complete. They start operating once discharge is complete, performing a sweeping motion with a full 360° rotation.

Temperature control system
The temperature control system allows continuous monitoring of the grain temperature inside the silo, automatically detecting any variation so that immediate action can be taken to prevent product loss.

Aeration system
In any grain storage system, adequate aeration is essential to keep the grain in optimal condition. Proper management of aeration systems allows for control of insect pests, thereby reducing grain deterioration.
Aeration domes
They facilitate natural ventilation inside the silo. They come with a grid that prevents birds from entering and can be fitted with automatic closing systems.
Ventilation duct system
The aeration channels are constructed from perforated sheet metal. Their standard layout can be V-shaped or H-shaped, depending on the diameter of the silo and the amount of grain that needs to be aerated.
Hopper aeration system
Triangular channels made of perforated sheet metal, secured with screws to the silo hopper. The number of channels varies depending on the diameter of the silo and the volume of grain to be aerated.
Level sensors
We offer silos equipped with various ATEX-certified level sensors, which enable maximum and minimum level control and continuous product measurement.
